Thankful that for the first time in a really long time I was able to enjoy a beautiful service for Easter at Real Life Church. I feel like I've always had a really amazing friendship with God and I'm aware of the unconditional love He has for me, and I'm always aware of all the blessing and opportunities He puts in my life. Blessings and opportunities that I don't take for granted. I feel all happy inside now, because I know there's at all times, at least one person in this universe who cares and loves me no matter what. That's more than I could ever ask for.
I found this dress at foreign exchange and I absolutely fell in love! Especially because it was yellow and yellow is my mothers favorite color. It felt like a had a little piece of her with me all day. I don't know, I guess I'm cheesy like that. I also picked up my little brother from school today and he told me I looked like a sunflower. I swear little kids have the most interesting and sweetest compliments. I also met up with my best friend Michelle at a small reasturant in Santa Clarita called Bricks. I feel like it doesn't get as much publicity as it should. Their red Thai tea boba is to die for. So I pulled this dress out of my closet, it had been sitting there forever. It's free people and I had always worn it in really girly ways and I decided to give it a little edge. I loved this outfit. I'm a fan of girly mixed with edgy. My boyfriend was my photographer for the day. I wish he took more pictures and close ups but it's fine, he's still the shit. I've always been blessed with naturally super straight fast growing hair, and lately I was just over it. I never understood what the big deal with long hair was. Every time I've cut mine short I've just been in love. Summers coming up and so I decided why not!? It's also for a good cause. I hope who ever receives it loves it. It's soft, healthy, and smells good. Also I'm wearing a Zara t shirt that I bought at a thrift store, I was with my friend Sarah and she picked it out for me, jeans are lucky brand. I did the distressing myself I totally have a thing for fun jeans, and as for the loafers I bought them off Sarah. I believe she found them at a thrift store as well. ☺️ If you're from the Los Angeles county and haven't tried The Milk Shop in Hollywood, just do yourself a favor and please do. My favorites are the blue velvet cake and the ice cream filled macrons. I signed up for an internship for Sho + Co, which is a big show room in which celebrity stylist come in a we help them pick out outfits for celebrities to wear to special events. As well as doing gifting for stylist and celebrities. Luckily I was blessed and got the internship which was something I'm so proud of especially starting my career path at 18. It's located in north Hollywood. Around all my favorite places I grew up visiting thanks to my parents. Growing up I knew I always wanted to work around that area and now I'm actually there. I couldn't be happier. I love the area so much and all the pretty clothes, I just love what I do. |
